Returns
Reclaim and Rethread unfortunately does not accept returns. I will accept exchanges for in store credit if the item is returned at customer's expense in the same condition as purchased. Return shipping and shipping cost of the new item will be covered by the customer. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately the exchange offer is void.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then the amount of the item purchased will be open for an in store credit. The amount will not include your shipping costs.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility as well.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
